LOCATION
The picturesque "Marina Black Sea" is situated at one of the most attractive regions of the Black Sea coast, namely the Byala region. Its panoramic characteristic provides the viewer and the inhabitant with beauty and calmness, a classical picture of the maritime landscape. The project is situated right in the middle between the two largest costal cities, Varna and Burgas, and has a great accessibility from the either directions
The project is located in Byala, 1 kilometre from the coastal highway Varna-Burgas, with a perfect connection to the 2 airports.
Marina Black Sea is located directly at the seacoast and lies about 100 metres from Obzor beach. Huge tourist developments with aqua park, golf course and several 5-star hotels are nearby.
The town of Obzor is 2 kilometres away. 25 Kilometres to the south lies Nessebar, a UNESCO world heritage site. The beautiful city of Varna is only a short, 45 minute-drive away.
During winter, skiing is possible. For water sports, lots of anchorages, ports and beaches are available.
We are now constructing the first phase which will be completed in the spring/summer 2009 - Zone 2 and 2010 - Zone 1 . These villaґs and apartments are best situated. Prices are rising in this rapidly developing part of Bulgaria. We have now exclusively berths for Yachts in the Port of Byala. Watersport facilities will be expanded rapidly.
